Reservation terms
To guarantee your reservation, a credit card number, with expiration date, name of the card holder and the pictogramme is required. No amount will be taken.

Cancellation terms
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. We would like to inform you that during September and October, cancellation policy is 3 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 1 night penalty will be charged on your credit card.

Arrival Time / Departure time
Check-in time from 3 PM : we advise you to specify your estimated arrival time, especially if you think it may be late.
